Prior to each new sit, a complimentary meet and greet is included.

This ensures everyone gets along & is comfortable.

Every service is insured by Pet Care Insurance.

Dogs

Personalized care starting at $35

- A neighborhood walk that is customized to fit your dog’s needs.
— 30 minute walk: $35
— 60 minute walk: $55
- Includes a potty break, fresh food and water, and photo updates.
— 30 minute visit: $35
— 60 minute visit: $55
- Includes 12 hours of care, from bedtime until breakfast the next morning.
— $125 per night
Exact departure and arrival times are determined on a one-on-one basis.

Cats

Personalized care starting at $35

- Includes a litter box check, fresh food and water, and photo updates.
— 30 minute visit: $35
— 60 minute visit: $55
- Includes 12 hours of care, from bedtime until breakfast the next morning.
— $125 per night

Additional Fees

A 20% service fee will be added to the following holidays:

New Years Day

Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Mon)

July 4th

Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Mon)

Thanksgiving (Wed-Fri)

Christmas Eve to New Years Eve (12/24-12/31)

2 pets are covered within the service price.

For each additional dog, it’s $8 per service

For each additional cat, it’s $5 per service

In order to reserve overnight dates, a 50% deposit is required.

Need to cancel?

If cancellation occurs > 7 days from the date, the deposit will be returned.

Cancellation within 3-7 days will not be returned.

Need to change dates?

There are no fees to reschedule, but there is no guarantee that the new requested dates will be available.

CaC

Clients must disclose all security cameras (both outdoor and indoor) to sitter and on Intake form prior to service beginning.

Over the Moon has a right to cancel services should the sitter be made to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or put in harms way.
